Open Velion, go to Settings › Delete account, type DELETE and enter your password.
What is deleted
Your account, racer name, progress, Crowns, Miles, Gems, items, power-ups, friends, challenges, mail and settings are deleted straight away. This can’t be undone, and deleted items or Gems can’t be restored or refunded.
Races you played stay in other players’ history without your name. Reports other players made stay on file without your details for up to 2 years, and we keep a record that a deletion happened (with no personal details) for 3 years. Copies in our providers’ backups expire within their normal schedule.
Velion Club: deleting your account doesn’t cancel a store subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

Can’t sign in?
Email support@playvelion.io from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account within 30 days.
